The house: The house was built in 1973. The upper floor was added in 1994. The house was renovated in 2008 and then by us during 2019-2024. The house is 136 m² divided over the two floors. The upper floor is reached through a staircase located outdoors at the back of the house.
Sleeping accommodations: The house has 4 bedrooms. Lower floor: 1 with a double bed 2×80 cm, 1 with a 160 cm bed. Upper floor: 1 with a 160 cm bed and 1 with a double bed 2×90 cm bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is also 1 sofa bed on each floor with space for two people in each. There is also a travel cot for the smallest children. So you can sleep up to 12 adults in the house.
Toilet, shower and bath: On the lower floor there is a toilet with a shower. On the upper floor there is a toilet with a bathtub. There is shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap as well as a hairdryer in both bathrooms. There is also a washing machine located in the bathroom upstairs. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Kitchen: The kitchen is on the lower level. There is a stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, juicer and electric whisk. Of course, there are pots and bowls of all kinds as well as plates, cutlery and glasses for 12 people. We also try to make sure that there are spices and other dry goods in the kitchen. Dishwashing detergent and kitchen towels are provided. There is also an outdoor kitchen.
Living room downstairs: In the living room downstairs there is a large kitchen table with an extension table if you want an even larger table surface. There is also a sofa bed and a coffee table for this. There is a TV with HDMI input if you want to connect your own mobile or computer to stream and Apple TV. There is also a fireplace which unfortunately cannot be used as the chimney has not been inspected.
Living room upstairs: The living room on the upper floor also has a sofa bed and a coffee table. There is also a large refrigerator with freezer.
Wifi: There is unlimited Wifi in the house. Speed: 50 Mbit/s.
Cooling/Heating: On each floor there is an air conditioner that can produce both cooling and heating.
Pool: The pool is 8 x 4 meters and is 150 cm deep. There are ten sun loungers and also some parasols for those who want shade. Lovely outdoor shower. There is also a large grill for evening barbecues.
Patio: The house has four patios located on the south and north sides on each floor. The largest patio is located outside the kitchen on the north side of the house (facing the garden and pool). Here is the space where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner under the open sky. On the floor above there is a ”veranda” with seating furniture. This is also on the north side and under cover. A perfect place to sit down with something refreshing to admire the view of the pool and the mountains in the background. On the front side, i.e. facing south, on the lower level there is a café table and chairs that are perfect for morning coffee. On the upper floor there is a good-sized balcony with a view of the village and the church. Four kilometers away you can see the sea shining. There is also seating furniture here. The balcony is mostly under cover so the heat is not so stressful.
Towels and bed linen: The rent includes bed linen, towels, beach towels and pool towels as well as kitchen towels.
Parking: Opposite the house there is a 100 m² fenced plot. This is where you park as the road outside the house is narrow.
