Payment terms: When booking, 30% of the rent (registration fee) must be paid immediately. This part of the payment is refunded in full if the guest cancels within 60 days of the booking date. After that, there is no refund of the registration fee. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival at the house. If this is not done, the owner of the house has the right to rent to another guest without refunding the registration fee. If the house is booked less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full rent must be paid immediately.
Prices: The rent for the house is 23.500 SEK per week. The rent includes all running costs for the house such as electricity, water, taxes and insurance as well as pool maintenance.
Final cleaning: A final cleaning fee of 2.000 SEK is added and must be paid when the final rent is paid.
Extra cleaning: If you want extra cleaning during your stay, you can purchase this. It costs, just like the final cleaning, 2.000 SEK. This includes cleaning and changing of sheets and towels.
